Racers, its time to get this series underway.
It may be cold the next few days, but the Weather forecast is looking really good with 50-60 degrees all weekend with little
chance of rain.
Its been a while since many have raced so a few reminders to make everyones event as enjoyable
as possible. Many have converted to 2.4ghz equipment, and many have not. We should have several Ready-To-Run Outfits
at our events, so ALWAYs acquire the proper frequency clip BEFORE you turn on your radio. And on Race Day, you must register
BEFORE running on the track. The track is open to Registered Racers Only.
After several discussions, I am adding
an Exhibition Class to the events. There are several racers building JConcepts J82 buggys. JConcepts introduced the revolutionary
new vehicle concept a few weeks ago. The J82is the buggy which combines the drivability of a 1/10th truck with the fascination
of a buggy. We will run the buggys under the J82 Rules created by JConcepts. It is pretty much a spec class for now using
Associated T4's with JConcepts J82 Wheels Front and Rear, Truck Rear Tires (special fronts), and JConcepts J82 Buggy Body.

Modifying the tire carcass is prohibited (i.e. no "CUT" tires - whether they started as a standard truck rear tire
or not).

I will work with some partners to add awards, but for now if you want to try the class, we are only going to charge
$10 entry fee while it is an Exhibition Class. If you interested in running this class, email me so we can try and get all
the buggys together for a good demo.
More Information is available about the J82 on JConcepts website.
